People were very nice at this hotel. Easy check-in, easy check out. Lovely fire pits outside. Very nice breakfast with very attentive staff. Nothing ran low or ran out. Everybody was very friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained and modern. The hotel had a lovely appearance. It was a great choice for our road trip.
This hotel is beautiful. Very modern interior. I really like the set up of the lobby it made me feel like i could actually sit there and not be in the way. The rooms have a nice amout of space, very comfortable beds. Service by staff prompt, professional, friendly with smiles. The location is phenomenal, so many things close by and access to a main highway is the best.
Great place to stay. I've stayed here three years in a row for training, and it's always been a great stay. It is a little costly, but you pay for the service. Breakfast is always good; the facility is clean and smells fresh. They do a good job.
Great for Soccer Families, Less Ideal for R&R I recently stayed at this beautifully updated hotel and found it to be a great fit for families traveling for youth sports. The check in area was crowded but the friendly staff made the process quick and easy. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a stand-up shower I really appreciated. The use of Dove products was a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of the stay. I do wish there was a table to eat at for guests staying longer or wanting to enjoy a meal comfortably. However, as someone visiting for leisure and hoping for some rest and relaxation, the experience was a bit mixed. The noise from children running and doors slamming made it difficult to unwind, and my bed even shook at times from the activity in the halls. I also felt a bit uncomfortable walking through the lobby, as groups of families tended to gather and stare, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. To the hotel’s credit, I did hear a staff member named Cam politely ask the kids to stop running, which shows that the staff is attentive and trying to maintain a balance. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for sports teams and families, but may not be the best fit for those seeking a quiet, restful getaway.
Rooms are nice. Front desk help was not friendly, nit rude but would have hurt her to smile or say thank you. I felt like I was an interruption of her down time
